WHAT WE DO
TAFF is a prototype, production, and engineering resource for OEM liquid transfer systems. TAFF's post-extrusion fabrication capabilities make your tubing design wish list a reality with cost effective thermally formed unitary profiles. We create diameter reductions for nozzles, diameter expansions for probe insertion, tubing bends for routing, and tubing flared ends for bottom seal connections.
TUBING DIAMETER REDUCTIONS OR EXPANSIONS

Diameter reductions with tolerances of +/- 0.001".

Diameter expansions for stainless steel probe connections.
TUBING BENDS FOR ROUTING

Coils in cylindrical or oval configurations.

Bends in 2 or 3 dimensional configurations.
TUBING FLARED ENDS

Flared ends on ID ranges of 0.020" thru 0.080".
TUBING ASSEMBLIES

Assemblies are individually packaged and can be grouped into OEM Kits or PM Kits, minimizing inventory staging costs.

Products are traceable to Quality Assurance Documents insuring the "Plug & Play" functions of the assemblies for dock to stock programs.
